Sandra K. Adomatis


She is currently vice president of the Appraisal Institute, where she also serves as chair of the Finance Committee, and instructor of seminars and courses. She is a real estate appraiser and consultant for Adomatis Appraisal Service in Punta Gorda, Florida. She is the author of articles in The Appraisal Journal, she is a textbook contributor, and the author of "Residential Green Valuation Tools." She contributed to the 2011 "Residential Green and Energy Efficiency Addendum" and the 2014 "Commercial Green and Energy Efficiency Addendum," both from the Appraisal Institute. Internationally she is working with Canada to adopt AI's "Green and Energy Efficiency Addendum" in residential properties.

Additionally, she is a member of the Appraisal Institute's National Committee on Government Relations. She previously served on the National Admissions Qualifications and Designation Committee (2013-15); and in the National Education Committee as president (2012), and vice president (2011-12). She also served as president of the Florida West Coast Chapter (2009) and as educational liaison for Region X of the Appraisal Institute (2006-09). She received the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Swango Award (2020); Henry C. Entreken Lifetime Achievement Award (2019); Outstanding Service Award (2016); President's Award (2013); Dr. William N. Kinnard Junior Award (2012); and Region X Distinction Volunteer (2010).
