Dear Fellow Appraisers from the Entire World

Not long ago we would have never imagined that our planet would experience one of the most complex situations ever, with such profound impacts at all levels.

However, in the face of a major challenge, significant solutions must be developed. Consequently, we have seen impressive advances in areas such as communications, technology, education, and others, reflected in an ever more globalized world, triggering key changes in the economy.

Valuation, as the basis for the exchange of goods and services, does not escape from these deep changes. To face the present and the future, new ideas are imperative, but the past must also be examined, to learn from those experiences.

Motivated by the above, the Organizing Committee of the XXXVI Pan-American Valuation Congress and the II World Valuation Congress has focused the event on:
"Analyzing the Future, Valuing the Present"

The meeting with take place on June 8th – 10th, 2022 in San José, Costa Rica, as a hybrid event (in person - virtual), organized by the Instituto Costarricense de Valuación (ICOVAL).

All fellow appraisers are cordially invited to participate and receive training from world-class experts while enjoying the warmth and friendship of Latin America.
